Q- When will my order be shipped?
We Ship most of our orders on the same Business Day, otherwise the order will be shipped Next Business Day.
Q- May I receive an e-mail confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes! An E-mail Confirmation will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Tracking number, to track your order in-transit, will be included in the E-mail Confirmation.

Q- How long does it take to ship to my address?
For US Orders, The Orders will be shipped through a Shipping Method which will take 1-3 Business Days to ship the order to your address.

Q- What Shipping Method Do you Use to Ship my Order?
We use USPS, Fedex or UPS to ship all of our orders. We select the best shipping method based on Buyer's location and transit time. We will NOT ship through any Shipping Method which will take more than 4 Business days to deliver the Order.

Q- May I track my package?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, an E-mail Confirmation will be sent to you which will also has the Tracking Number of your Order, through which you will be able to track your Package.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 days money-back guarantee to all retail customers with a 15% restocking fee. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with any product for any reason, then that retail customer may return that product within 15 days of invoice date, for either a replacement or a refund. Returns will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 30 days to process. Return or exchange can only be be done if following conditions met:
  • A copy of the original retail sales receipt must be included with the return.
  • The product is returned to Vitamin Key at the customers expense for shipping and handling.
  • The product is returned with a signed statement including the name, address, and telephone number of the retail customer, from the retail customer identifying the reason for the return.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • All products must be in original packing.
  • Credit by the same means payment was made.
  • A written replacement (via email or mail) request must be submitted, stating the reason for the request with payment receipt and a copy of invoice for return or exchange authorization.
